All of our arrangements are custom made to order. We grow many of the flowers we use in our arrangements organically on the property. The flowers used are dependant on what we have available seasonally.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Going in order.... The online checkout was very simple and clear on what I was getting. The only recommendation that I have there, is for the photo to update if I select the next level of a certain arrangement. It will make it easier to decide if the extra money is worth it. I called right after I placed the order. They missed my call, but called me right back. Kind, respectful, and helpful customer service. The order was ready in less than 24 hours and pick up took less than 5 minutes. The arrangement was the best that I have seen. The person that I gave it to made sure that I would pass along their thanks and convey how much they loved it. I will be shopping here again.
